Acquisition Announcement: Kresco Solutions Inc. Acquires International Surface Technologies (IST)

We are pleased to announce that Kresco Solutions inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of International Surface Technologies (IST), effective May 6th, 2024.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our strategic growth plan and reinforces our position as a leader in the design and manufacturing of surface treatment equipment and solvent distillation systems.

The integration of IST into Kresco marks a pivotal moment in our journey. By combining IST’s renowned products and technologies with Kresco’s innovative solutions, we are now better positioned to serve a broader spectrum of needs within the surface preparation and solvent recycling industries.

Going further, all IST trademarks will be incorporated into the Kresco brand, with the same quality and reliability in mind.
