History of Kresco

• 1978 – Foundation of Canablast
  Founded with the goal of providing high-quality surface treatment solutions for the construction industry. The company developed expertise in manufacturing, repairing, and certifying air-powered surface treatment equipment.
• 1978–2003 – Growth and Industry Recognition
  Canablast became a trusted partner for major industries, including aerospace, Hydro-Québec, aluminum smelters, steel, and marine sectors across Canada. • 2003 – Canablast Becomes IST International Surface Technologies
  Canablast evolved into IST International Surface Technologies, expanding its product offering to include solvent recyclers, complete blast rooms, and automated finishing systems. • 2023 – Foundation of Kresco
