How It Works

Simply load the parts into the perforated tumbling basket, set the precision timer according to the desired output, and let the Basket Blaster do the rest. By tumbling the parts within abrasive blast streams, these machines deliver consistent finishes automatically.

NOZZLE ARRANGEMENTS

  1. Fixed nozzles which cover the entire blasting area (standard on the 16″ X 30″ tumbling basket)
  2. Oscillating nozzles on a vertical or horizontal axis (standard on the 30″ X 30″ tumbling basket)
Cyclonic Separator

This sandblast cabinet is equipped with a tunable Cyclonic Abrasive Media Separator that continuously cleans and recycles the abrasive media during blasting operations. The separator removes dust, fines, and other contaminants by directing them to the Dust Collector, allowing only clean, reusable abrasive media in good working condition to return to the cabinet. This helps maintain consistent blasting performance, reduce media consumption, and improve overall process efficiency.

All Automated Finishing Systems are delivered with a Self-Cleaning Cartridge Dust Collectors.
