Standard Pneumatic Remote Control Handle

Features a safety lever and a spring that immediately cut off the airflow of the push line upon the release of the handle. Not recommended when the blast hose is longer than 100 feet.

D-Shape Pneumatic Remote Control Handle

Provides an ergonomic grip on the blast hose for long-hours of blasting without fatigue.

Standard Electric Remote Control Handle

Same design as the Standard Pneumatic Handle Control Handle, the Electric Remote control is available with a 12V DC or 120V AC transformer that converts the electrical signal into a pneumatic signal. The response time on an electrical handle is faster than the one of a pneumatic handle and can go beyond 100 feet.

D-Shape Electric Remote Control Handle

Provides the same ergonomic grip as the D-Shape Pneumatic Remote Control Handle, but is supplied with an electrical to pneumatical signal converter.

Long Rail G3 Trigger Deadman

The Schmidt G3 Long Rail Trigger Deadman is designed to integrate the G2 Remote Control Handle, available with either pneumatic or electric control, providing enhanced ergonomics, improved operator comfort, and greater control during blasting operations. The long rail provides greater comfort and grip. Compatible with 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" sandblast hoses.

Short Rail G3 Trigger Deadman

Schmidt Short Rail G3 Trigger Deadman is designed to integrate the pneumatic and electric G2 Remote Control Handle to provide better ergonomy and comfort. The short rail is suitable for tight spaces and precision blasting inside complex parts. Compatible with 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" sandblast hoses.

G2 Deadman

The Schmidt G2 Deadman is a rugged remote control handle for pressurized blast machines, available with either an electric or pneumatic control signal.

It can be used as a standalone handle mounted directly on the blast hose or integrated into the G3 Long Rail or Short Rail Trigger Deadman to provide improved ergonomics, greater operator comfort, and enhanced control during blasting operations.
